Precision From Digital to Physical

Our composite workflow is built around performance and control. We work with fiberglass, carbon fiber, and hybrid reinforcements, selecting materials based on structural requirements, weight, and finish. Layups are executed using hand layup, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion to ensure proper fiber saturation, consolidation, and strength. We develop molds, tooling, and core structures to support complex geometries and maintain dimensional accuracy. Attention is given to fiber orientation, layering schedules, and resin systems to achieve the desired structural behavior. Parts are trimmed, reinforced, and finished to spec, resulting in durable, lightweight components suited for both structural and sculptural applications.
