Project Overview

Created for the Sixth Street Bridge project in Los Angeles, LA Hands transforms the city’s recognizable hand sign into a permanent public sculpture. Developed in collaboration with Glenn Kaino Studio, the piece reflects connection, identity, and the communities surrounding the LA River. The project combined large-scale bronze casting, structural engineering, and public art fabrication to create a monument integrated directly into the bridge environment.
